This is the Data Protection Policy of Lawrence Nelson, also known as and referred to as Loz Nelson, 1 Edward Fisher Drive, Tipton, West Midlands DY4 8TZ United Kingdom, who is the Data Controller for the purposes of this policy.
Any reference to I, Us or We, refers to Lawrence Nelson, any of his employees or agents.
This policy conforms to the General Data Protection Regulations for customers and visitors to this website who are within the European Union.
For other customers and visitors worldwide, the regulations are less stringent, so it is deemed that this policy will be sufficient to afford adequate protection to all of our customers and visitors.

Why do we collect Personal Information?

The information that is collected by cookies is usually anonymous and not personally identifiable. This information doesn't contain details such as your name and address, your telephone number or your email address. These cookies usually store a generated key, which is linked to this information.

We will not keep your personal information for any longer than we need to in order to satisfy our legal and business requirements. This will be no longer than 6 years following your last transaction with us on any of our websites. Once your personal information is no longer required, it is deleted.
All employees or agents of Lawrence Nelson follow a rigid organisation wide security policy. Only employees or agents with authorisation to access your personal information are permitted to do so and have all agreed to maintain any personal information as confidential.
With regard to credit and debit card information, secure socket layer technology is used for the protection of that information.

• You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information Commissioner.
• Any and all personal information that we hold about you, comes from you, so it is your responsibility to keep us updated with any changes that you would like us to have and we encourage you to do this by email, using the email address at the top of this policy. You can also use email to request that your personal information be deleted, transferred to another data controller, or exercise any of your other rights detailed above. When we receive any communication from you to amend the personal information we hold on you, it is actioned at the earliest opportunity, but usually within 48 hours (business days only).
If you are not satisfied with the manner in which we have handled any aspect of your personal information, or responded to any request regarding your rights that are detailed above, you can request that we carry our an internal review.
An internal review will have a look at whether or not your personal information or your request was handled appropriately and in line with the General Data Protection Regulations and any other laws and regulations that may at that time apply. We aim to respond to your internal review within 20 working days from the receipt of your internal review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the internal review, you may seek a review from the Office of the Information Commissioner, who is empowered to uphold or overturn the decision.
Lawrence Nelson will abide by the ruling from the Office of the Information Commissioner unless he believes that he has grounds for appeal to the First-Tier Tribunal (Information Rights).
